Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials has launched a new collection of paper label materials, as a part of its proposal to develop and offer sustainable label and packaging solutions to converters and brand owners.
Avery Dennison Materials Group North America vice president and general manager Darrell Hughes said the company aims to produce and promote items that contribute to the environmental health of its planet.
"This price-neutral collection of select FSC-certified constructions is the next step in our effort to make our industry more sustainable," Hughes said.
According to the company, the new North American Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified collection consists of 22 specifications featuring Fasson 54# Semi-Gloss FSC, Fasson Lightweight Dairy FSC and Fasson Estate Label No 8 FSC paper facestocks used in wine, spirits, dairy and food applications commonly.
