The size of the food contact paper market with basis weight ranges of 50 to 150 pounds is approximately one million tons and approximately $2 billion. Based on primary research, approximately, Hanover estimates 70 percent of this food contact paper is not poly-coated compared to 30 percent that is poly-coated. Eighty percent is bleached compared to 20 percent that is unbleached.
